In accordance with the provisions of the Jean Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, prospective employees of Genesee Community College are entitled to request and receive a copy of the Annual Security Report. The report includes statistics for the past three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the College, and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus. In also includes college policies concerning campus security, alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
